Features:                                                                                                  

1.Excellent wear resistance: the coefficient of friction is usually 0.1-0.3. 1/4 times that of bakelite and 1/3 times that of Babbitt alloy, Its a self-lubrication material.                          

2. Excellent mechanical performance:  high hardness on surface, high bend strength and impact strength, high tensile strength:  the press resistance is similar to metal while the fatigue  resistance is equal to cast iron, aluminum alloy and other metals.              

3. Good chemical stability: can resistant alkali, alcoholate, ester, cuprum, hydrocarbon etc.

4. Wide heat resistance:  its can remain the  mechanical performance in -60. The working temperature is from 80 to 100^oC.                                                                                  

5.Light proportion : the proportion is between 1.05 to 1.15.
